Any feedback from you guys?
Looking to buy a set for my Honda Del Sol.
Reason behind this is because 2 bushings on the front left side decided to take a poop. One of them is the front LCA bushings. I was thinking to replace the rest of the bushings on the car.

the poly bushing kit itself is pretty good for its price. the issue is the cost of install. dont freak out but ur looking at upwards of $1000+ and somewhere around 3 to 4 days downtime to have all those bushings installed.
the old ones need to be pressed out or even torched out, then new ones pressed in. so thus, the labour is the costly part of this.
BUT, ur suspension will feel like butta. I did the whole kit on my prelude, steering, feel of car overall was unreal.

I did the whole kit on my old 89 Civic Si years ago. I saved a tonne of money by doing most of it myself. Lots of fun. Did it in steps over many weekends, so I could drive it to work and whatnot during the weekdays. A few parts were a real bitch, so I had a shop take the old bushings out. Other than that, the kit did wonders. One thing I did notice is a bit of squeeking noise. I also remember skipping the bushing(s) that went on the shifter link, because it caused some sort of problem. Anyway, it's worth the time and effort.

If you still care about daily driving comfort, get OEM. But if you're already slammed/dropped, this won't make a huge difference.

got it done on my EK, noticed a big different when riding on stock suspenions (got a VI so I drove around wth stock back on the car til inspection passed) and not so much a different with racing suspensions set up ..
installation is a BITCH on Honda's since some oem bushings are not simply pressed on the arm, they ARE part of the arms ...
also, they squeak like hell when over bumps ... I guess it's just me too lazy to keep them lubed ...

we can supply those. You will get a ride that was supposed to be like new. But a little stiffer. sometimes extra noise as well. the one thing tho----- if you are going to do this, its the dirtiest job you ever done on a car

you take a can of silicone lube spray, and at every oil change, while ur car is up or whatever, spray into every bushing u can see. be liberal, i used almost a full can every time on front and rear poly bushings. Quote:

you might want to check the trailing arm bushing. those are very well known to crack and break.
energy suspension makes bushings for that as well, but its not included in the master bushing set.

i had this for my EG.
It is pretty good. Light and day different. it was a pita to take the old ones off.. i eventually took it to a shop. i recall pricing wasnt that bad.
i did an alignment after this, but prior to the alignment, the difference was already there.
