Used a Black Versace wallet for like 3 years, still in perfect condition but wanted a change, so switched to LV and used that one for another 5-6years, looks pretty much brand new still..then recently changed to a Black LV wallet and I just alternate between the 3 depending on what kind of events I'm going to |

I've had cheap wallets before and the inserts degrade and stain the cards held inside. My coworker got me a really nice, quality, samsonite wallet, which I could immediate tell is way better than the $5 or $10 wallets at the travel store.
But I gotta say, that Paul Smith is baaaaalller.
Does anyone else here HATE having fat wallets and/or sitting down with them in your back pocket? I keep mine in my back pocket but if I have to sit down in a car or at a table, it's coming out and going in a jacket pocket or anywhere else. I hate sitting on my wallet.

I've thought about getting a Paul Smith wallet before... saw some at Holt Renfrew.
When I drive, I'll always have my wallet in the cup holder along with my cellphone. When I sit, the wallet either goes in my front pocket or a jacket pocket. If I'm sitting somewhere with the g/f I'll have my wallet in her bag.

Cole Haan magnetic money clip. will not break ever i think, the only issue i could see emerging is that if i was to increase the number of cards i carried day to day to 4 instead of the current 3, reverting back may result in some propensity for the cards to inadvertently fall out. |

Don't bother going to Seattle Premium Outlets to look for it because they don't have it. I had to go to the Coach store in Pacific Place to get it.

I used to have a Coach wallet but recently changed it to a Filson Leather and Twill Wallet. Best move ever, the leather on the Filson wallet is just much more durable.

prada lasted 3 years..
armani 3 years and counting..
depends on how much cash I carry :P
I used to carry few thousands up to 10g in my wallet when I used to play poker..
after few days my wallet wore a lot
now.. I rarely carry more than 1g at any given time so wallet doesnt' get damaged as much..
p.s. You can only carry 10g if the bills are BRAND new preferbly consecutive serial numbers.... almost half as thick as used bills..

I've used the same wallet for atleast 10 years, the ex gf gave it to me as a present, nothing fancy at all. I make sure to get wallets with change compartments since I hate carrying change in my pocket.

Nah, stick with a good quality wallet, treat it well, and durability is what you get in return.
