If its only about $1,500 to $2,000 worth of gear, it might not be worth it to file a claim with your home insurance given the deductible and the rate it'll affect your premium, some policies also only give "current value", so the value of your gear used.
| Yah, so im still waiting on what they say about it. A good chunk of the gear was fairly new, so the current value of them are still the same as when i got them. |
