Damn school! I would've gotten it tomorrow but I should wait until next week so I don't end up failing my midterms.
And TOS'd it's always been 32 players. I think he meant 32 total, like 16 vs 16 not 32 vs 32  . I got a bit excited, thought it was going to be 32 vs 32.
I hope they have a 4-pack sometime before next week. Probably going to be around $35 if there is one.
EDIT: Oh shoot, I just realized something. Do our ingame names stay with us? Or are they resetting that too?

nooo wtfff i was so excited, thought it was going to be an epic 32 vs 32..
it actually was only 24 players when pc beta came out. 12 vs 12. but im glad they increased it to 16 vs 16 now.
oh and i remember reading or hearing that ppl that pre-ordered will get to keep their ingame name or get priority in keeping their name or something like that.
and according to the steam game page, its unlocked in 9 hours. i better be playing at around 10am, dont want a repeat of l4d2 release..

But 32 vs 32 would be awesome. Hopefully they'll patch that in the near future.

^ oh yea, my bad i remember always joining the 31/32 servers.
i guess i just got over excited when i heard 32 players thinking it was 32 vs 32. what the actually meant was they were comparing the console 24 player with the pc 32 player.

fuuuuu im not getting servers!!!! i cant even dl the game yet.
ok so finally its downloading. but im getting a crappy 300 KB/s. i usually get at least 500 KB/s if not 1 MB/s.

its been 2 hours, and my download is at 38%......fml.
sweet, i guess the servers are freeing up. now im getting 1.6 MB/s - 1.8 MB/s

a few things that i thought was stupid.
FIRST, to enter the "vip" code for unlocks, u have to enter all the alphabets in CAPITALS, ANDDDDD u need to include the - to get the code to work. WTF??? how STUPID is this?!
SECOND, all the stats r resetted, i thought it would stay with my gamertag from playing the demo, but i guess not.
this is on ps3.
time to play.

How the fuck are you guys getting any speeds higher than 200?
I'm stuck at 150-180. Constant drops to 100.
I've been downloading since 12. only 35%.
Does it cancel if I restart steam?
