Same, I only played MW2 for a bit and kind of got bored of the gameplay style. Me and some friends used to play bf 1942 DEMO, thats right DEMO, for hours. Can't do the same for mw2.

Pre-order is on right now for 49.99 and you get 6 multiplayer unlocks right now as well as beta from Jan28th starting. Release date is March 2nd.

Definitely can't wait for the squad play, especially coming from l4d/l4d2 where squads of 4 is the only way lol

imagine standing inside that house while your protecting the crate and a tanks shoots at you. haha

unlike the first BC, where you can shoot walls but you cant destroy the foundation of buildings and houses

^ lol sry about the beta thing...I looked at the date and it DID say ending feb/28th, but you're right i tried it and it says beta was over.

anyways the PS3 beta's graphics were only average...but the gameplay was pretty neat. the ATV's werent available though...and when you command the tank you only have access to cannon (no 2ndary MG unlike BF2)

i h8 Steam though... especially not being able to play different games at the same time from 1 account...

so instead of my dad playing l4d2 and me playing mw2 i have to fucking wait until he's done -_-

fucking steam/ and not being able to kick hackers.. and having to live with them -_-

^ there's gonna be retail and steam versions...apparently both using punkbusters

oh? u sure its not gonna be like MW2 where u buy the retail version and it just installs Steam ;)

there won't be any differences AFAIK, so yes retail key won't be attached to steam (no steam achivements/integration). It'll be similar to BF2 and CoD4 in the sense that it's both offered via retail and steam

Consoles seemed to be shafted in bad company 2 not like mw2 were pc version gets fucked.

consoles have less players for multiplayer. FML hope my video card can handle it lol
