A couple of my buddies actually went over to Japan to have Horiyoshi do their ink and that was only $200 an hour, $420 an hour? Wow.
My buddies also helped him put together and start his fashion line, it's available locally now, so something Horiyoshi fans might want to check out

For me, getting "what I like" means something that every single other person doesn't have. That's why I made sure to specify that I wasn't putting the style down, or anyone who gets it.

Vansterdam is correct, the brand is called Horiyoshi the Third, it is available locally at Leone, you can check out the collection online http://www.horiyoshi-thethird.com
From what I understand, Horiyoshi mostly works off referrals only these days. My buddy doesn't speak Japanese and he didn't have any problems
Here is a picture my buddy took of him working in his studio in Japan |

EDIT: just check out his clothing line, meh not feeling the clothes but damn those are some cool looking rings! | It's not easy, from what I understand he is fairly booked back to back most times and with other projects. I've heard a few lucky people where able to catch the master himself on some free time in his studio tho, so it is possible, some have had luck by contact his Tattoo Museum to direct them to a booking, the number for that is 045-323-1073 in Japan.

Word, Jesse has this comic-book style with just enough edge that it works really well for him. I definitely will get something from him one day (hmm, coming to town this summer...)
