| SPOTTED: Austria Ski Team's Audi A6
Saw this car driving from Richmond to Vancouver on the Knight St Bridge.
Its a Audi A6 2.7 TDI wagon, which I don't think we have here.
It said "AUSTRIA SKI TEAM" and "SPONSORED BY AUDI" on the side of the car.
The driver looked like your typical german dude with glasses talking on the phone. (obviously doesnt know about our new ban on phones while driving)

apparently it is legal for them to drive here as long as they are insured for "out of country use"

you can legally drive an european plated car as long as its insured for "out of country use" from, say, germany?
i would love to have those plates permanently, they belong on european cars, not some white or olympic themed rectangle

There are some porsche turbo's with Dubai plates rolling around, saw two few days ago.
also RS6 with some euro plates, and couple astons with cali and nevada plates as well.
