I heard that Pennzoil's synthetic oil is one of the worst synthetics you can get.

^ naw. certain grades of castrol are worse from what i've seen. value "synthetics" at cambodian tire + walmart arent anybetter either.



this stuff + quaker + valvoline is pretty good for the mid priced syn oils.

Not true.

Pennzoil platinum is one of the oils of choice in the Mazdaspeed community. UOA's posted by various users seem to back up it's good performance. It's what I'm running in my MS3.

Mobil 1 is now = meh.

For it's price, Pennzoil synthetic oil gets pretty good reviews from Bob the oil guy.

Also, all Walmarts had the 4.4 L jugs for $20 since last week. Hopefully they stocked up cause they were sold out at the Queensborough location on sunday.
