40L, fill when light turns on. 94 Chevron, $45~ 380kms. I do not believe this 400+ km BS that people claim to pull off on their fits(not targeting you, just mentioning it). When I first broke in the car, drove it quite light footed, Ive only ever hit 400km a tank once. Theres only a few people on FF.net who claim to hit these magical big numbers. I wonder how they do it. |

Um, you're driving a 1.5L 4 cyl little car and you are only getting 380 Km's per 40L? That's terrible. Something seriously wrong with that. You should be getting at LEAST 420, 430, even with mostly city driving. BTW, why are you guys using 94 octane in a freakin Fit? When are people gonna learn, unless your engine/ECU is TUNED for a SPECIFIC grade of fuel, just use what it says. If it says regular unleaded 87, then use it, not 94. Jesus. Most economy cars will run WORSE on a high octane, because they are not tuned for it. EDUMACATE YOURSELVES PEOPLE. |
Right now I drive a 05 Civic Si. No not the k20 Si's. :( 1.7l Vtec, 5 speed manual. I keep the rev's up and its mostly city driving, and I still get around 500 km's a Tank (50L) 87 octane. |
2006 subaru impreza 2.5i - chevron only. 87 octane $55 for 500-550km ( I don't leave it empty, so I still have about 10 litres remaining). 60 litre tank. |
