Bypass is easy. I can throw in a switch and show you where the wire goes in the harness. ;)

If its digital then you need to use that module or bypass the amp like I said. There is virtually no way to tell unless you pull the deck out and 'pop' the speakers at the harness. I have found that 95% of the Chargers out there use a digital system. Are you adding amplifiers or just keeping it basic?

I will be adding sub an amp later but basic stock speackers right now. What an I lookoing fo as far as cost

hey mike. i ditched the carpc. looking for a decent deck. i need connection to ipod/iphone, usb and a sub pre out.

i miss my little 10 inch dd so ill probably get some bass in down the road too.

I sure do!
Our 6.5" speakers start at $65 for coaxials and $199 for some nice 2-way componenets. I am quite sure that your Civic has tweeters up in the dash so components would sound better for sure. I'll PM you with some installation details. :)

I got a friend to wire my car, but he accidentally wired the subs through my rear speakers instead of through the subwoofer compatible deck, so are you guys able to fix that? how much?

I have never tried it but I am pretty sure it only does audio files.
