Got my refund within a week too via Netfile and direct deposit...that's pretty quick compared to other years. $4200 refund. I really need to figure out how to adjust the amount of tax they're taking so I break even. I'd rather have the money in my pocket now than wait till the end of the year for it. That works out to an extra $175 every paycheck!

Are you getting the big refunds because of deductions such as RRSP contributions?

I do max out my RRSPs, but I think the bulk of they overpayment probably comes from my bonuses. The taxes they pull out of that end up being close to 40% of the bonus cheque.

Well if you're close to 6 figures, then they're suppose to take about 40%.
