Honestly, a lot of BMW customers buy the car for its quality and brand image, not for the handling. Just look at Richmond :lol I see girls driving 335i's all the time and FWD is definitely safer for them (and for other motorists on the streets as well!). I was pretty choked too when Mercedes came out with the FWD B-class, but I guess their target consumers for the car won't appreciate the excitement of RWD.

people who buys B-Classes buys it just so they can tell people "oh i drive a freaking benz, what do u drive? a honda? im better than u"
