I used to play with the Castle set and the Private set when I was a kid. haven’t touch Lego even since until like 5 years ago when they released the cafe corner and that really catch my eye and brought that online immediately. thats why I am looking for those small set like this BBQ set to finish the interior of the cafe corner. the Grand Emporium is the 2nd "big set" that I brought recently. Might get the green grocer also depends.
I don't see the big deal paying for the shipping to be honest...... because you'll spend at least $3 in gas just driving through 1 municipality going to a store to buy it? Just saying

To be honest, I *have* seen this set at the Lansdowne TRU, but it was awhile ago. These tiny sets are often not on the shelf - they'll be in a bin in a random location in the store, or at the ends of the shelves on racks.
If you do end up ordering it online from LEGO, shipping is $5.95 for orders up to $25, so add more to your cart and get as close to $25 as possible.
Another alternative is to buy it from someone in the US on Bricklink. If you don't need the box, I'm sure shipping in a padded envelope won't cost too much.
