try melbourne optical on capstan way, union square in richmond. they have a wide selection ranging from around $50-$300 i think. The owners of the store are a nice asian couple (family friends) so they should be easy to deal with.
Thanks everyone for their input. I just ordered the new frames from Samson, and he was very nice and easy to deal with. Can't wait! Posted via RS Mobile
How much do a pair of prescription lenses generally cost? I already have the frame. I wear contacts, but I realized I should probably have a pair of backup glasses just in case.

i wear contacts all the time, but i have a pair of those flexon glasses. had the same frames for 6-7 years and still good shape. super light titanium too.
i use to buy "designer" ones but they just get bent outta shape within a year or two if i fall asleep with them on. also realized that all "designer" glasses were made by the same manufacturers(luxxottica, marchon, etc)
