Playing HG right now, just beat the first 8 gyms. I played gold when I was a kid too so its pretty awesome. I even found my gameboy and the original gold. When I turned it on, it asked me if I wanted to start a new game 
Out of all the pokemons I think generation 2 is the best haha. It gets hard to keep track of all these pokemon.

The last time I played Pokemon, the 3 choices were Blue, Red, and Yellow and wasn't available in colour :P

fuck that noise, I'm replaying through an emu of Fire Red, which is just Red but with some gay changes that make it easier and more idiot proof. I would've gone with regular Red but this one has pretty colours and I didn't know of the new gayness until I was already a ways in.

yea, apparently a new patch came out that allows you to bypass the freezing anti piracy. Dont know where to get it though. Posted via RS Mobile | |

meh i the retail version just so i can look cool walking around with a pokeball in my hand!! yaaaa ~ i'm trying to trade all the starting pokemon at the start but it takes almost 40mins into the game before u can trade.. WTF
