hai im a noob. my first thread.
so which position do you use? 1. THE SUSPENSiON
It is one of the most common techniques and it can be a good exercise. As you can see, it is to stay with your butt in the air.  2. THE FROG
This is only for real experts. You should make sure that you don’t have anything inside your back pockets.  3. THE MUMMY
Mummify with a toilet paper, sit and relax. 
i use the suspension.. 
hopefully i wont give the wrong first impressions LOL..

Suspension is too hard unless you occupy the handicap stall, then you have handle bars that help

In China I had to do The Frog since the toilets were actually really the ground squat ones. I actually had a hard time getting the matter into the hole when I squatted.
I usually prefer to use the toilet at home so I hold out till I get home. When I get home I do #3 without the toilet paper all around.

Slightly off topic - my 2-year old son often craps (in his diaper) while standing.
Think about it - while you're standing, your butt cheeks are somewhat clenched! I have no idea how this is possible. It's no wonder his face turns all red when he's pushing.

suspension. I used to mummify it, the do suspension, in case i touch the seat, but I have perfected it, so I dont need to mummify first.
I do however put toilet paper in the water, so it doesn't splash up.
