Poll - "New Posts" Issue

Could a mod kindly add a poll consisting of the following options:

No, change it back
Yes, keep it as is

I also noticed other users mentioned this in the "RS has a New Home" thread. Guess I missed those posts.

I bring this up because sometimes I read a thread but don't reply right away. But later on I have something to say, but it wouldn't be listed in the New Posts list, provided no one had replied after I had read the thread. Which means I have to look up the thread via the search or view subforums until I find it, which sometimes is never since I don't always read which subforum a thread is posted in.

Anyways I hope you understand what I am trying to get at. And if its possible to make like before that would be awesome, if not it'll take some getting used to on my part.

Pre-provider, it would show this thread in between the "where do you get your red "H" emblems?" and "Fs: Dussault summer edition hoodie" threads.
Post-provider, it now does not show this thread because I was the latest poster.

Another issue I've noticed since the switch is that something is wrong with the cookies or something, in that the site does not know when I was last online.

Previously, if I visited the forum, and then left... and then came back after half hour, if I searched for New Posts, it would give me all the threads that had posts in it since I left half hour ago.

Now, after I leave the forum, even if I leave for two hours and did a search for New Posts, it would still show me posts from before two hours ago.

Or another way to put it is if I go to VOT, the only threads that should be bolded are the ones that have had activity in it since I left two hours ago, but now it still shows threads since way before that as bolded.

^ I think that'll get fixed when SkinnyPupp reverts back to the old version.
