Civic + subaru = this found this on honda tech. here's the link. very interesting imo, never thought someone would actually do it. http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2763036 |
very neat project but with the welding at the fenders i'd question its safety |
indeed an interesting project. |
Wow the roll cage looks rather spindly. Go for thin stock for roll bar because of good deal? yikes And why the original tires are mounted backwards? |
have no idea. probably he's lazy and didn't want to remount them lol |
cool project, satin black is a nice colour! |
That's pretty cool! I like the colour too. Cool budget project if you know what you're doing. |
sleeper |
would that thing be legal on the roads? How is insurance going to insure that. |
well he wanted something different, cheap, and a hell of a lot of work. this is it. |
If it was ICBC im sure someone could register it as a kit car or a u-build and get a BC vin. After inspection though of course. But for this guy i dont think he will....since he painted the windows black... |
not rice enough. |
interesting indeed. wasnt expected. |

didn't gain much out of it.... it'll be just the same as a regular wrx |
what a project |
Very interesting! Props to the guy for attempting something like this! |

This would of been better use of the wrx ls motor, same guy that shoved a ls in a civic |
all he did was change the body from subaru to civic... the subaru body looked way better |
god thats epic |
CIVIC on major steriods.. damn... i want to drive that.. |
not really liking that subaru hood scoop on that civic :\ |
AWD launches in a Civic... Definite sleeper. |
Wow thats quite the undertaking! I give him big props for doing that at home my only question is the integrity of the chassis and his cage wouldn't be much for support and it should be. |
