back in the day i had mine to pack in the end of my joints/blunts 
also heard it was some sort of luck and to see how long you can keep it for before it breaks due to fighting or sports

And enforce anti-idle laws (which they will be doing for taxis)
Remember, we're talking about "air quality" here, not "pollution". We can control the air quality around us.
But as long as China is taking dumps over their little SAR, realistically there's nothing we can do to be able to see more than a mile on clear days.
