Does husky/Mohawk have ethanol in their gas? If they do, do all grades of gas have it?

I'm too lazy to look up the specs on energy content per L or whatever but interestingly enough my mileage didn't seem to change at all when I swapped between E85 and regular gasoline in an experiment a while back. Most modern cars are designed to take E85 without dying anyways, so only older cars would have issues with hardening seals and gaskets. If you always drive your car like it's stolen then maybe it'll make a difference, but I wouldn't know.

**EDIT** the fuel I used for my experiment was E10 (ie Mohawk), not E85. Oops. With that said, I'd assume all modern vehicles (say 2005+) can handle E10 without any problems. The government isn't going to release something that has the potential to destroy 1/3 of the cars on the road after a couple of tanks.
my gas mileage decreased from 12L/100km to 13L/100km...

94 @ husky, no eth.

A selection of octane levels to suit your needs
■Octane 87. Regular with ethanol (SK, MB & some parts of BC)
■Octane 89. Mid-grade blended with premium (Ontario only)
■Octane 90. Mid-grade blended with ethanol, for the same price as 87 (Alberta and some parts of BC only)
■Octane 91. Premium - no ethanol (Ontario only)
■Octane 92. Premium, blended with ethanol (BC, AB, SK & MB)
■Octane 94. Premium Plus, the highest octane fuel available (BC, AB, SK & MB)

The most recent change occurred in BC where, effective Jan. 1, 2010, Husky's ethanol-blended 90 Octane fuel changed to 87 octane fuel, still blended with ethanol, in some parts of the province. Also, in many of those same jurisdictions (much of the Lower Mainland, Southern Interior and Northern BC), our mid-grade fuel - 92 Octane is no longer available. We will continue provide our premium 94 Octane ethanol-blended fuel at certain locations across the province.

Would you guys maybe possibly suggest that filling up with 91 with 0% Ethanol would be more bang for your buck than filling up 87?

I was thinking, it'd cost maybe an extra $5 to upgrade from 87 to 91, and although my car does not require 91, would 91 last me longer and save me more money in the long run? That way I'd be running with no Ethanol in my fuel.

I currently run on Chevron 87, Shell 87 or Husky 87 for the $2 Coupon.

Anybody want to tackle this question?
