What you've just described is the median, not the average (aka mean). The mean value is the average of a distribution, which can be skewed by a small number of kids with extremely high entrance averages or extremely low ones.
@OP: I suggest you physically talk to someone in the admissions department of the university. Tell the person you're a prospective student and you need advice. They will give you the best answer as well as provide the best recommedation.

then transfer over to sfu/ubc for your bachelors?

Go to your department adviser, and talk to them about your situation and ask for the person who was in charge of your admissions. There are different people in charge of different applicants depending on the applicant's last name. For example, all the people with the last name starting with G's and such would have one person and the same would go on for all the other alphabetical characters. Do that and ask about appeals. Goood luck.

LOL, no i hate hsci, i just chose it because it was the lowest one. Well, one of the lowest ones I should say because aside from Arts and Business, all faculties are a min. 80% requirement.

hsci isnt bad. Some courses are pretty interesting. I would have looked into the faculty if I really liked science, too bad i dont.

It would make some sense, considering many people would otherwise be sitting at home. Paying for tuition is another story.

Man im fucked to the power of 10 | I know it seems ridiculous, considering that 3rd term is regarded as the most "important" by most teachers. Also, doing well in it over other terms indicates a sign of improvement.
However, the high volume of requests means that they won't have the time to review and handle applications after Term 3 marks are released (provincial marks are released in July).

Yeah true, however provincials can actually help people. Helped me with my math mark, was sitting low to mid 90's all semester, took the provincial, bumped me up to 98. Really helped offset my terrible English mark (I'm quite possibly the worst writer in history).
I had a choice of in class final or provincial for most of my classes, so I didn't completely get off the hook.
