I've got a buddy that PVR's the game, and watches it after it's all over so he can skip commercials or do other things. It drives me nuts when I go over to his place to watch a game, and he's like "Lets do this right now we'll watch the game later with no commercials" and I'm like "I want to watch the game NOW, LIVE, as in HAPPENING RIGHT NOW, like every other normal person".
I hate watching PVR'd games, I don't cheer or get into it because in the back of my head I know it happened hours ago.
I always forget that I've paused the game and I'm 5 mins behind or something then get a BBM with friends cheering or angry something happened. Happened last night actually. Friend BBM'd "Book em Salo!" after Sami's goal... hate that!
