officer didnt do anything wrong. He should have had better control of the situation, but given the circumstances and being the only officer on scene he did what he could.

I think those people that think the officer is in the wrong here is forgetting that these girls are RESISTING arrest and PHYSICALLY making it difficult for the cop to do his job... They're acutally lucky that it was just ONE cop with no backup, and in broad daylight, with many onlookers around. If there were more cops I bet the girls would've been dropped to the floor within seconds.
