You have a lone Cop surrounded by about 1/2 dozen noisy people , one of who obstructs him as he is attempting to arrest someone, so she gets punched for her troubles. She wsa biggger that the Cop...age/gender has nothing to do with it. The Cop had serious concerns about officer safety, evidenced by the fact he was being assaulted. If you think a woman won't assault you, you are severely mistaken.

If you do not comply with the cops and actually try to push them away, then you should get roughed up a bit.

All she had to do was just listen and do what the cop says.

That could've been a bad situation. Even if they were just teenagers, that doesn't change the fact the cop was outnumbered 4:1. For all we know, one of them could've had a weapon or packed heat, in which case we'd be watching a cop getting beaten down or shooting them.
