that guy doesn't even speak English and barely understands anything.. the border security in Australia is just picking on him. the guy should just say "No English" or something instead of looking like an idiot.

I don't get how you can become a citizen of a Country and not speak the language. Generally speaking don't you have to live somewhere for 3+ years before becoming a citizen? How do you not learn at least a basic understanding in that time?

If you are Chinese in Richmond, you can do everything without speaking a phrase of English. Gas, Shopping, Groceries, Banks, Even ICBC Tests.

IMO I think Canada should clamp down on immigration, make immigrants pass a test similar to TOEFL or LPI to get citizenship.
