Oh damn. Too bad for him. Thought it was gang-related, but i guess it was stupidity related.

Apparently, his parents are still in their home country. Parents must be proud to send their kid to Canada for him to do stupid shit and get killed.

Killing him is way over the top but he did bring it on himself. I was trying to remember the last time I slashed a tire, vandalized someones car or kicked in someones door but then I remembered my parents brought me up better then that and I never have.

stupid kids need to be punish ( i posted the same comment in the shootin thread)

kids got a death penalty for slahing tires, the funny thing is the guy who shot the kid will probably recieve few years of jail time for killing him LOL

i guess its win - win situation ??

He'll probably get life with possibility of parole. This is Canada, you cannot use more force then was applied to you. In less buddy had a gun and was shooting at him he's fucked.

When talking about the criminal justice system, I dont think you can use "Canada" and "fucked" in the same sentence.

Fair enough but if this samething happened in Texas he'd probably get less jail time then he's going to get here. Not because they have a more lienant JS but property rights, personal saftey are the right to defend that are valued way higher then they are here.
