The Mounties have announced an arrest after a 17 year old boy was shot in the head early Wednesday morning in Surrey.
20 year old Steven Mulligan-Brum is charged with second degree murder.
He is in police custody.
Police say the 17 year old victim was essentially killed as retaliation because he was vandalizing cars on the street - slashing tires and kicking in doors.
Police say it appears he messed with the wrong person's car.
The victim is Adem Aliu of Surrey.
A memorial has been created in his honour.

Killing him is way over the top but he did bring it on himself. I was trying to remember the last time I slashed a tire, vandalized someones car or kicked in someones door but then I remembered my parents brought me up better then that and I never have.

kids got a death penalty for slahing tires, the funny thing is the guy who shot the kid will probably recieve few years of jail time for killing him LOL
