I've been with my current girlfriend for 2 years, she was my first and I was her first for sex. Prior to the past 6months I've been using a condom with no problem lasting long, but for the past 6months my girlfriend went on the pill so we were having sex without a condom.
Here's the problem: I can't last long at all now. At first I thought was because I'm not used to having no condom... But it has been 6 months and I feel bad she can't enjoy sex at all. We don't have sex often (probably 1 - 3 times a week). I've tried jacking off prior to sex and still no luck.

You can actually get a cream that nums the sensation so it helps you last longer, as well try with fore play maybe put it in for a bit then go down on her etc as well its mind frame try thinking about something else maybe rather then how good it feels.

it all depends on how you guys are doing it.
try different postions.
different positions will stimulate different areas.
for example, missionary will stimulate the man more where as "doggy style" will stimulate the female more.
explore and experiment on different positions that stimulate your SO more. This will allow her to enjoy more sensations. There still will be some stimulation for you. but since you climax fast, a little stimulation is more than enough.

I found that the better shape I was in, the longer I last. Not sure if it's just pure coincidence or not, but the two seem to go hand in hand with me. Most people I know seem to get out of shape when they're in a relationship, so maybe you are too? Good luck. Let us know what works, I think everyone would like an extra few minutes here and there.
