The Ford Fusion is the same thing as a Mazda6, which is the same class/type/size of car as the Accord(TL for size)/Camry. Had a fusion as a rental a while ago. It's a good drive... and I'll probably get stoned or failed  for this, but the latest Chevy Impala is a very good drive, especially on the highway. I wouldn't expect it to hold up too well beyond 5-7 years though.

Speaking of Fusion. I had it as a loaner and it's not half bad. If u just need a car to go from A to B, u should definitely give it some consideration.

I've owned a 2004 TSX since new. A few things you should be aware of.
Door actuators will break down ($270 to fix), transmission broke down at 85000 km ($5000 to replace), temperature gauge broke down ($1100 to replace w/ a new one or about $480 to replace with a used one). On top of these prices, you'll also have to pay the dealership a $140 diagnostic fee to have them find out what the problem is. I'm on schedule with my car maintenance but guess these may be common problems with the TSX.
When it comes to mileage I'll be lucky to get 400 kms per tank.

just for ur info
i'd recommand flushing ur tranny every 20k-30k
not 50-60k
if that was the case, u cant blame anyone ur tranny went
remember, tranny costs thouands, flush costs $100
