Yea I miss that, was hoping I can make a SPAS montage but now is really hard.

Man am I ever terrible at sniping. I tried sniping a couple games and I just blow.

I noticed not much people snipe in this game. I play on PS3 not sure about PC and 360.

This guy made some nice videos about the maps and general tips. Some of the points he stated are pretty useful.

sniping got a lot harder in black ops due to quick scoping is very hard to pull it off now. A lot of people are still trying to master it. MW2 was easy as pie to do it.

I have people bitch at me all the time for "camping" but funny thing is my scores like 20 and 4 lol..well its usaualy i have people rage at me when i total pwn the shit out of them..

:P Honestly, I think there are 2 types of campers :) The smart "campers" who stay at high traffic area's and rack in kills.. (why should you move when your kills are constantly coming to you all game?)

The Retarded "Campers" they camp the most retarded spots that no one ever really goes to.. (for example a corner and stay there all game) aka they play a whole game and some how end up with like 5 kills only.

Btw I dont camp one spot each game.. I move when no one comes.. Ill have specific spots I go to.. Ussually cycle around between spots.. For example some maps ill have 2-3 spots i like going to that ussually racks in the kills :D

as for camping in SND i camp when defending but rush when on offence i love how ppl bitch when u camp on defence

the ones that get mad at campers are the ones that arent looking at where they are going and think that everyone should be running all over the place asking to be blown up.

i camp.. i admit it. but shit, if you were smart you would and should know where i am and semtex/grenade launch my ass out of there.. however, i do not lay prone waiting for people to walk by a doorway. i move around looking at my radar thinking of places to hide. it def is a lot harder to "camp" in black ops then in mw2

Agree 100% with this statement. I usually also have a couple of spots i try to manage on the map. Which is usually the high traffic areas. Its definitely not camping because your right near the enemy. While true campers hide in a corner, in a less traffic area waiting for a poor soul to walk past them. Rushing and owning a couple of areas on the map equals a high kill death ratio:)

I spend half the time on the big maps just crouched and slowly walking around.. Works good... Just keep the feet moving since the spawn points are soo random..

I agree with you mostly. However your definition of camping is a bit skewed. Real camping is when someone hides in a corner with a claymore in the back waiting form someone to walk by to kill.

There is a difference between you holding down a building or a specific spot from sitting in high traffic corner.

Holding down a building is smart, hiding in a corner or the edge of the map just ruins the game for the other players
