That happened to my brothers MW2 account, and my MW1 account. I'm not sure how it works but I can't even play MW1 any more, the only servers I can get into are hacked ones. I recall running into the odd hacked one back in the day, but those were mild compared to the new ones.

I sent a message to the devs of one of the hacks, asking if there's a way to get my shit back. no reply so far though.

last weekend, every lobby i joined had hackers. i quit, looked for new games, only to be to placed back into the one i originally left.

on the other hand, i joined a gun game lobby, that was pretty awesome!

I'm probably gonna get the map pack. I haven't gotten any DLC since Halo 3, and Berlin Wall looks like my kind of map.

i'm inclined to say PS3.. From past experience (MW1 , MW2) it seems like there are more hackers on the PC version.
