Here's the information for TD select service account. You're eligible for these services once you're a select service customer. But you do still have to ask/apply for them.

stick with TD or RBC, I've dealt with both, RBC for longer time, but both have been excellent, as for their branch hours, I don't really care, because I don't go to the branch anyways, everything I do is online, you can even contribute your RRSP's, TFSA online now...I prefer RBC b/c of their Avion Visa, and you can transfer points to British Airways program, I get a free return from Cathay Pacific or JAL air ticket to HK every year...I already redeemed 3 round trip tickets to NYC and 1 to HK this year already...
Stay away from HSBC, all their products suck and fees for pretty much any service they provide, maybe other than their mortgage rates, I heard from people they offer aggressive low rates to lure you in, but when you renew, they give you crappy rates and tell you to screw off basically
Just one other advice, try to have all your services with one bank, you usually get better deals when it comes to rates and less fees

man....i wouldn't ever keep 5K in my chequing account. even with those perks....Lot of money for doing nthing with and just keeping it there.

No love for Coast Capital? I moved my account from TD over to CCS 4 or 5 years back, and have never been charged for anything, decent savings account rate of 1% with no fee for debit or withdrawals from the savings account!

Can't go wrong with Coast Capital.
Everything about them is generally much better. Trust me on that one. Closed down my TD account just to switch to CC. Your only main concern would be the number of branches spread all across B.C. compared to, say, TD Canada Trust.
My secondary bank is RBC. Great stuff as well!

My secondary bank is RBC. Great stuff as well! | The advantage to Coast Capital is that since it's a credit union, you can go to any other credit union (Vancity, Salmon Arm Credit Union, etc) or use any of their ATM's and not be subjected to any sort of fees.
I was with TD for a while but was pretty dissatisfied with their customer service and the fees I was subjected to, so I switched to what's now Coast Capital (I believe it was the Surrey Credit Union back in the day). The savings accounts aren't the greatest (that's what ING is for lol), but everything else about 'em are top notch. Haven't had one problem yet.
