I had problems trying to create my account too. It was set to pending state and said I had to call CSR. After an hour wait, it turned out they needed more info to ID me with the credit company. So the lady told me to email or fax a scan of my driver license and a copy of a ulitity bill. I emailed that yesterday so we'll see what happens after. Posted via RS Mobile | |
