He said "It was us". As in it was us that panicked before with the other "new guys" and as a result, they just left them to die. Basically following "protocol" as seen during the construction site where you sacrificed people to save others. Instead of Rick's group's approach of save everyone.

It's funny how none of the writers on this show have any idea maybe they should write in a mercy kill or two, I mean unless they're just aiming to impress that teenage demographic with the gut eating zombies n all, but at least for the characters people like it would be nice once in a while. It's tough watching a character you invested in die in such a gory way. I know Glen said he was out of bullets so he couldn't' have shot Noah in the head to prevent his suffering, but I don't know.... I mean what about the other dude, seemed like an ok guy, they just ran off like bitches let him get eaten, pop a cap in his head real quick and book it dammit..

I didn't mind seeing Noah go by the way, as nice as he was, he was still single handedly responsible for Big T's death.... thats the way I see it anyway....
