Judging by the amount of activity in this thread I would have to agree that most of us are done with this show

I stopped watching halfway through last season, totally shit show now. I hoped for so much more and I was so invested in it I couldnt bring myself to stop lol

Season 8 is pure TWD. Who actually expected the writers to end Negan and the Saviours so early in the season? Of course they are going to draw it out, and I'm enjoying the shit out of it. Rick coming across the baby was touching as hell, and I know I want to hear more about what happened to Morales' family.

Did Neegan know Dwight was colluding? Did Dwight give false info on purpose?

We still don't know if Dwight gave false info. They still hadn't completely searched the top floor when Rick got into trouble with Morales. Plus all of the other info was good. That means Negan was willing to allow Rick's crew to kill a lot of his soldiers. As Negan said last season, people are a commodity.

I would actually be pissed if it comes out that Dwight was still loyal to Negan. Dwight hated Negan for taking his wife and blamed him for the death of the sister. If he goes flip mode and is tricking Rick's crew, I would not be happy about that.

It seems like Negan is always one step ahead, and knowing how TWD seasons go, you know in the next episode or 2, hes going to come out ahead, and its going to take the rest of the season of Rick's group being oppressed, leading to another big battle at the end of the season.

Im pretty surprised/thankful this battle has lasted 2 episodes sofar tho, with at least one more to go. Some of it is a bit cheeseball, but at least theres something going on.

As far as still watching the show, ya I still watch each episode. its not OMGbestshowontv but its still something worth watching, even if it isnt as emotionally attaching as it used to be.

I've been following this like mad. For starters, Chandler Riggs said in an interview released on monday;

It's crazy, because back in June Gimple and AMC told Riggs that he was going to be around for three more years. So Riggs bought a house in Atlanta, and started looking for colleges to go to in the area.

Then he found out during a read through, that he was going to be bit..... Riggs' dad was right pissed about it after the episode came out sunday, and posted his anger on facebook;

But..... many fans have said that this could have been a bite from a human dressed as a walker. The bite was too clean, and think about how good an opportunity for the writers to introduce a new group, the Whisperers. I'm really hoping this is one of those situations, kind of like Glenn death V1.0. It would also follow a little closer to the comics.

But who knows?
I guess we have to wait until February.

If coral is done, it makes me wonder how close they’re actually going to follow the comics. Maybe Gimple was in a bind because Riggs is growing up so fast. Let’s face it, in the 3 or so years of the twd timeline, Carl has aged 6 years. That’s hard to hide when he’s supposed to be 14 in the show.

I still watch it, well sort of I'm not going to lie I fast forward through a lot of the dialogue. It looks like there making movies that will air on AMC.

Im back to watching the show. It's good now.

Yea between the start of this season and the GLen episode shit went downhill fast but I'm fairly pleased with how this season has gone back a bit to being good. Looking forward to what's to come.

This season has been good, though I thought the series was fading out, not about to revamp into movies and multiple more years. Time will tell, I guess.
