Maybe the most violent thing I've seen on tv |
This was one of the few times that I've actually felt pretty sick to my stomach watching the gore from a TV show. |
Reading it in the comic was bad. Watching it on TV was worse. |

I would've milked that scene a bit more. Have Glenn fall over, gurgling, trying to say I love you. Neegan stands over the body, laughing and saying he can't hear anything. Close up on Glenn coughing up blood and tears rolling down his face, then BOOM, bat to the face (no cuts). |
anyone who read the comic's know if they is any revenge later on?....Meggie kinda to off the bat |

I didn't think they'd do it! That felt like it was more of a twist for comic book readers. Although, keep in mind Abraham dies in the comics in a much different way. PS: Glenn's face was exactly how it was in the comics. Gory! |
Where did you guys stream the season opener??? |

i feel like WD writers channeled their inner George R. R. Martin and while it was playing last night after abraham got it and everyone was relieved they were like this Spoiler! |
they almost went verbatim from the comics iirc...pretty cool! |
Wow, that was fucking grim. Abraham was a top 2 guess for me so that wasn't a shocker at all. Glenn? jesus, that was a jaw dropper. How buddy kept smashing the pile of brains was almost too much. Really driving his message home. I almost felt as broken as the remaining cast did. |
WOW, what an episode. I love how dark they took it, i've heard some people say that it was too graphic and dark but it's supposed to be in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. I guessed Abraham but never saw the second beating coming at all. Cudos to everyone involved in making this episode, it was epic. But i was surprised they didn't have any of the characters get sick to their stomachs and start puking while it was going on, I would imagine for that to be some sort of natural reaction to seeing something as gruesome as that was. |
epic... sick !!! |

the walking dead scene was very real feeling. abraham was one thing, but the way glen was killed and filmed was incredible. how after the first hit he didn't die and was still alive but not there anymore with a brutal head injury, all he could muster was a few random firings in his brain to mutter a last memory sentence to his wife. (it wasnt a simply "i love you" or "take care of the baby", it was just a repeat of something he said to her before, just a memory firing with no conscious thought.) it almost seemed like you were there and it was someone you knew. my wife even had tears in her eyes. and you felt like saying "just finish him so he doesnt suffer anymore!" and then after another 5 minutes of turning his head into soup, it was like "ok enough already!" it would have been absolutely terrifying to be there, and they did a great job of making you feel like you were |
Mother Fucker!!!! RIP Red & Glenn |

Episode was good. Not sure my heart is in this show anymore though. Did we know all along that 2 were going to die? The glenn one was a suprise. Thought it was only 1 person. |
Yup, thought it was just going to be 1 person. "I'm going to beat the holy hell outta one of you" |
Suck my nuts!!! |

They should've just showed who got killed right away as a continuation of the season finale scene, but instead they dragged that on for god knows how long just to show Abraham get wacked in the head. They could've easily done both death scenes in the first 10 minutes and then had 30 minutes of actually advancing the plot line. Instead, they basically took the Red Wedding episode and dragged it on just to milk the fucking thing |
You guys are bunch of pussies..... OOOOOO ITS SO GORRY EWWW MAKES ME SICK grow a pair lol I wanted to see him chop his sons arm off |
