so lets say that you have 1 beer , and you get stopped at a roadblock. cop says "have you had anything to drink this evening" - if i say yes -- what will happen?
pulled over and breathalyzed?

Even MORE interesting is what if you answer "No" but you blow above 0.00 but below 0.05?

pulled over and breathalyzed? | I was pulled over this weekend in a road block. The guy asked if I'd had a drink, I told him I'd had a glass of wine 3 hours prior (which was true) he checked my pupils with his little penlight and let me go.
I think generally they only pull you out of the car if you have symptoms of intoxication - you're flushed, your pupil reactivity is off, you smell like booze or what have you. I have yet to meet an officer at a road block who was unreasonable.
