The first option is a Glencairn crystal whiskey glass. It literally is about that exact shape, and make. For the second option, it's really up to you. It's a style thing I suppose, and the thinner glass/crystal is definitely more stylish these days.

Dave is on a roll here!

Opted for option 1 because I couldn't find an option 2 that looked like what I envisioned. Thanks Dave!

Anyone know a place to buy mugs with text on it, for example "best mum"? Somewhere with good variety?

deSerres - Student discount card (10% I think), just show student ID card, fill out short form.

Opus - Show student ID card for discount (10% I think), no additional card or paperwork required.

Michaels - download the smart phone app, there is always some coupons on there, mainly a 40% off 1 item. They also have additional coupons if you sign up for emailing list.

SSM_DC5 12-13-2014 08:43 AM

Where can I get one of those USB portable chargers for $20 after tax? If buying online can get it to arrive before the 25th, that might be an option too.

Edit: thinking about this one http://m.ncix.com/products/sku/92894/1382
Or is there something better you can suggest?

InvisibleSoul 12-13-2014 08:56 AM

Since time is a factor, that cuts down the options considerably. That one seems like a decent price for something local. If ordering online, can get a very good Xiaomi 10400mAh unit for under $25 total, but probably won't arrive by Christmas.

Man that's such bullshit.

If you can't find them, I say you show up with $20 in quarters, dimes, and nickels.

Merry Christmas fuckers.

2012's locally will be hard to find man because well they're from a few years ago. You may have to try a more ghetto store like Shoe Warehouse or something that will carry some older stuff but even then it'll be hard. Online might be your only option really.

I'm sure many of your other coworkers feel the same way.

1.) Find where to you can buy them. :considered:
2.) Sell them to your coworkers for less than $20. :accepted:
3.) PROFIT! :lawl:

Go online to your charity of choice, make a $20 or greater donation. Print off receipt. When asked why you don't have your nose and headband, show receipt and politely explain you felt the money was better spent helping out others.

No driving around finding "mandatory" crap. Makes a statement about how you feel on the requirement, while at the same time not being a dick about it.

Where can I buy an underdesk keyboard tray locally?

Staples is all online, and terribly expensive.

NCIX has them as well but they aren't any cheaper.

NCIX.com - Search results for keyboard tray

I remember buying one from future shop ages ago but search comes up empty

MG1 12-15-2014 09:39 PM

Sliding Keyboard Tray - Lee Valley Tools

Fully Adjustable Keyboard Arm - Lee Valley Tools

Second one is no longer on sale, but thought it was cool.

I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT THESE!

They made up such a huge part of my childhood.

Someone needs to find out and post a location. Not that I would go and buy a huge quantity of them and eat it all in one sitting. No, that would be crazy.
