Sesame oil
srircha
honey
rice wine vinegar

It's more korean style than anything

Gochujang - Hot pepper paste
Sesame oil
Sugar
Water
Green onion
cucumbers

Well, the sushi town in coquitlam anyways is korean run, and the sauce is definitely more korean inspired for their spicy salmon/tuna.

There has to be a sweet component in your recipe above.. unless the gochujang is a sweet pepper paste.

I was thinking of using hoisin sauce but i think that the colour wouldn't be right....

Sugar is sweet
:-)

If you've ever had the korean spicy cucumber salad side dish (Oi Muchim), the sauce is virtually the same.
Also, some rice vinegar and salt would probably get it closer to the taste.
