Tsb leave stuff outside?????? What if it's a small package? My tee shirts are going to be soaked....

I think it's TLC that does that. TLC seems to be a bit sketchy... TSB and P2P are supposed to be good.

IIRC TSB did have some tires outside, but all of the smaller parcels were held behind the counter

TLC just leaves packages and boxes everywhere

TLC cleaned up their system a bit.
But yeah, need to be careful of the tires they leave outside.

TLC is known for leaving larger parcels outside, albeit a covered area so I'm not sure what the huge scare is. They have most definitely cleaned up their internal process (which took a while) but given the fact that they were the de facto go-to place, they were hard struck to change their ways.

IIRC, death_blossom mentioned they have the cheapest prices for tires in all of Point Roberts.
