This is how my day will go:
1) Have an amazing breakfast. Perhaps one with lots and lots of bacon. Epic Meal Time-esque shit and happily not have to worry about it. Shower one last time as well (duh).
2) Go out and buy the most expensive suit + tie + watch + shoes and suit the fuck up on my last day. This is my tribute to Barney Stinson.
3) Visit and/or contact my immediate family members. Tell them I love them to death and thank them for everything they've done for me.
4) Fuck the girl of my dreams. Either consensually, or by force. Doesn't really matter I suppose. 
5) Shoot the people who really piss me off. Cut their last day short and  like a boss.
6) Have dinner with my closest buddies at the most expensive, high-end restaurant. Preferably a Japanese one and go all out. Order the most expensive wine as well.
7) Rent out a room at a 5-star hotel, party my ass off with my closest buddies and get super high and mega wasted. 
8) Update facebook status and tweet for the very last time about how awesome my last day went. Proceed to pass out until the last day on earth arrives.
