ugh i am feeling guilty... i had to leave someone who had crashed into a power transformer on springer ave. in bby because i couldn't stop on the hill

Sometimes, your own safety comes first. There will be others who have the time and proper equipment to lend a hand. I assume there were others on the road/hill? Need to call 911 if it looks bad and you're the only one to have seen it.

I love how in vancouver if there's snow on the lawns/sidewalks, but none on the streets, people can still justify driving 20km/hr to themselves  This one driver on victoria held up two busses and a long ass line of traffic because she chose to go 20km/hr from a few blocks before 49th ----> past 41st.
