Victoria is so far south of the Lower mainland that the snow hit them and missed us. Victoria is about the same latitude as Mt. Vernon, Washington.

Plus, the winds are blowing the shit south.

no shit, i grew up on the corner of Fulton and Ravenwood on Triangle Mountain in a pentagon-shaped house when i was very young (really early 80's).

Where 2 foot of snow was dumped very quickly near Mount Vernon. Highway came to standstill, people abandoning cars, etc..
