Vehicle: Dark Green Honda Civic EG 2 DR coupe with N on the back.
Please refrain from trying to street race with me and my gf on No.2 road Richmond. You and your buddy were slowing down to match with me, and started revving your engine like you had infinite money to spend on gas. Then you did a ricer fly by and stopped at the intersection of No.2 + Steveston hwy. Bra-fucking-vo on your turboed civic.
You then proceeded to keep revving your car at the intersection, showing off your backfire. After we both turned onto Steveston hwy heading towards No.1 road, you did, yet another fly by and tried to slow down to race with me. As you turned onto Railway, your buddy decided to show how cool you were by turning on his blinking LED flashlight on his cellphone and attempt to blind me.
Next time, grow a pair, and have your buddy give you that handjob you never experienced. 
I really do hope you enjoyed my highbeams. 
Didn't catch the full plate number, but first 3 digits were 595 xxx.
