ive had my fare share of "gear" and i can tell you, your right.

its the people that abuse the shit/get side effects or dotn follow a proper pct that toally give it a bad name.

with proper care, watching everything and following instructions , i was able to go from 145 lbs at 5"11 to 238 lbs 5"11 at peak( over a few years ). I was a monster and i loved it. BUT, coming from a smaller frame, i quickly realized that my body wasnt used to the amount of weight. So i lost weight and im currently hovering around 212.

NO REGRETS.



I learned alot of what my body can and cannot handle . I knew my my limit , and i admit there were times when i wanted to pass the limit and do more at a time or longer. Thank goodness i didnt. Otherwise i could have devoloped an addiction and that could have almost killed me.

yes, extremely active, my 8 hours at work is spent all on my feet doing heavy manual labour.

update OP?

I feel like you could've made some good natural gains before dropping the money on the gear, but everyone has their own backgrounds. What have you set up for your PCT? Taking any other supplements?

Would like to see some more pictures.

This thread needs to close cause theres so much bad information that some 115 16 year old is gonna read it and do roids.

First of all your wasting your fucking money if you are doing just anavar. right now I had a friend run anavar tren and prop. That is a proper cycle. he lost 50 pounds in 2 months. please get your information right before posting that "anavar is the safest roid and I don't wanna harm my body any more"

It's the same mindset as if you find a wallet and there is 100 dollars in it and you only take 20. It's still stealing! You are still taking steroids.

if this thread needs to be closed to due bad information, 50% of the threads on this forum need to be closed...if theres bad information that you see, post something to contribute to set it right that way if some 115 pound 16 year old does read it he'll at least be able to see examples of what not to do.

its not that it needs to be closed,
looking at your build it blows my mind why you would take gear, yeah its your body w/e but you would get the same results with eating normally and training hard. you look like you have not trained or put time into training. Roids are your ace card when you are ready to take them.
just my 2 cents, since i use to be 180 skinny fuck and bulked up at close 300 pounds without gear.

thats the thing though, I went/still do go to the gym 5 days a week, and i eat...LOTS, but while im working, im moving around so much and im not able to stop and eat...while im at home, i have the same set schedule mon-fri basically, wake up - eat - work - come home - eat - gym - eat - bed.

oh well though, ive put on 10+ pounds this past month, hittin the gym hard daily, eating tons, getting good night sleeps in, its as if my metabolism isnt fucking me over for once hahaha

kk well heres an update, not even half way through yet, gained 20 lbs, at the gym 5-6 days a week.

started at 170lbs, as of friday i was 188.8 (close enough to 20lbs...) still have another 2 months almost

may not look like much from the photo, but so far everyone i know who doesn't know im on it can see big gains in me, saying im getting wider and filling out more.
