Actually they are all from 5-6 years ago. Snl nowadays is a shadow of its former self.
Meh ppl always say that SNL has not been as good since X era throughout its history.
In reality it's probably always the same where maybe 50% of the sketches each episode are decent and maybe 10% are the gems
It's just that over time ppl forget about the 90% and you only remember the 10%

I don't remember where I read it, but there were certain model years of the Toyota Avalon which show the date on the dash. It only goes up to I think 2018 or something and resets back to 1997/1998, or something. I guess their engineers didn't think their cars would last so long.

You know when companies change the UI of an app, or flow of a website just to show "change" or faux "improvement", sometimes those changes totally feel like the above endeavor.
I feel that way half the time as well when car manufacturers change functionality for a new model year, but make it more shitty. You ask yourself was his QA'd and tested from a user viability standpoint? Looking at you VW with your stupid changes to haptic feedback from actual buttons on the steering wheel and HVAC controls.
