You can custom order anything from mcdonalds. I do it all the time when im drunk.
my faves are big mac with mcchicken patties or a big mac with quarter pounder patties.

Ugh. Why are you guys wasting so much money on McD's, especially when you're drunk.  
2 McDoubles and I'm stuffed and it only costs $3.11. I could get 3 if I really wanted to get fat, and its still less that $5.00!!

Plus imagine your out with your friends and they order their puny mcdoubles, and youre the guy that comes out with some crazy custom burger, its literally one of the best feelings in the world.

Don't know if this is mentioned before. Fill in the survey on the back of your McD receipt and you will get a coupon for free medium fries + drink, with the purchase of a large sandwich.
Large sandwich means McBristro, Angus, Big Mac, 1/4 Pounder, McChicken, Filet, 6 or 10 pc nuggets.
Good option all year round.
