these new conti's are pretty good!

they got the letters DWS etched into the tread. when the S is worn down and u cant see it anymore, u know its no good for use in "snow" (ok, lets be honest, its an all season tire, and thus "snow" means light snow, u will still be better off with a decent or cheap set of winter tires). same goes for the W, when its worn away and u cant see the W anymore, then the tires are no good for "wet"... and u guessed it, the D stands for Dry...

pretty good concept from conti to indicate tread wear.
