Did anyone see the fight that occured at "spring tea bar" in richmond? Its by aberdeen in the same mall as "ninkazu" japanese resturant. It happened 1 hour ago and now there is a lot of cops in the area, I heard lots of broken glass and saw chairs flying around. Was anyone there or heard of it?
