I had an test/interview for early enumeration.
One thing I have to say is, AGE DISCRIMINATION.

Something like that.
Turned down for a supervisory position because of my age when they told me it's because of my test score. It is highly improbable that my test score was less that 90-95% because the test was retardedly easy.
My suspicions were confirmed when my sister was recommended for both positions despite the fact that I know she either scored equally or lower than me because I know she just isn't that bright w/ the tested material.

My supervisor was an undergrad in UBC, so around 19-22 years old. The other enumerators are 70% between 19-22, and then the rest were either chinese c-lais or old white men.

I think some adults will admire how a young individual is doing the job because it shows that not all young adults are useless. It really depends on how you lead them cuz they'll obviously hate you if you're a dick and all. But I got a call yesterday and going in for interview at downtown next friday!

If you're an old guy working there I doubt you would being admiring a young person being your supervisor.

They either resent their younger superior or get depressed about their progress in life. Maybe when you get older you'll understand.

Do they call the applicants who applied earlier first? i just found this thread and my friend applied like 2 weeks ago so on like the 24th and he just told me he got another job so if they called him for this he would have to decline.
